Veyro Tech Groups is the data controller responsible for processing your personal data when you use our services via veyrotech.com.

04How long we store the data
- –Client and inquiry data is retained for 12 months after project completion.
- –Invoice documents are stored for 7 years per applicable accounting regulations.
- –Analytics data (cookies) is deleted after 13 months.
05Recipients of your data
We share your information only with trusted third parties where necessary to deliver our services:
- –Google Firebase / Firestore – storage of project and client data (servers within the EU/EEA).
- –Google Analytics – website analysis (anonymised). Only activated if you accept analytics cookies.
We never sell your personal information to third parties.

All client and project details are stored encrypted in Google Firebase with strict access controls. All communication with our website is secured via HTTPS.
09Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be posted on the website. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
